Your health and wellbeing are our priority, and we’re following best practices as advised by the Government.

If you have to change your travel plans due to travel restrictions or any other reason please just let us know as soon as you can. We are flexible and ready to help. You can change / cancel your reservation with no charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

If we are forced to close the hotel due to CV-19 then we will transfer or cancel your booking at no charge.

CV-19 has left us all a little bit shaken and worried about things that would usually have not bothered us at all – so we are doing everything that we can to take the anxiety out of travelling to a home away from home. First of all, if you're not feeling 100%, stay at home, if you feel a little bit under the weather, please don’t shake it off and come anyway – err on the side of caution, get yourself checked out before you check in.

We are going to take payment from our guests 24 hours ahead of time.

Please check-in at 4:00pm.
Please check-out at 10:30am.
Please feel free to leave your bags with us at any time.

There will always be someone on site to help.

Your room will have been cleaned, sanitized (with a Steri-7 bio-mister) and sealed before you arrive and, once you are here and safely checked-in we will not bother you.

We will only service your room at your request.

Hand sanitizer, and COVID-19 information is available for all guests upon check-in. We will have extra gloves and facemasks if you forget yours.

All high-touch amenities have been removed from the rooms

Where possible, doors and windows will remain open to increase fresh air flow.

Anything that is left in your room will have been sanitized using Steri-7 bio-misters, UV machines and/or disinfectants.

All single use or disposable items in rooms will be removed and disposed of following each stay.

All laundry and linens are cleaned following government issued guidelines.

Employees will be temperature checked at the start of every shift.

Employees will be fully trained on CV-19 safety and sanitation protocols.

All of our staff will be wearing the correct PPE.

Please don’t be alarmed if you see us in action; from propping doors / windows open (as the weather in Somerset allows) there will be also be extra cleaning of the public spaces including the front desk and reception area, entrance doors and handrails, public bathrooms, dining surfaces and seating areas.

There are hand-sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

We are introducing physically distant configurations in public spaces this might mean that our sitting room has to remain shut temporarily.

Breakfast will be served between 8:00 and 10:00am

The restaurant will now be opening from Thursday to Sunday.

If you would like to make a lunch or a dinner reservation PLEASE CONTACT OSIP DIRECTLY (osiprestaurant.com).
